Our serums are not as we do believe in incorporating the best of what science has to offer. However, all our other products are made with organically, ethically sourced ingredients. We take great care with sourcing our ingredients.

Using an oil-based product will most likely not make your skin oily. We have taken great care to use ingredients that are non-comedogenic (meaning they do not clog your pores) and instead have oil-balancing properties.  

All of our products that contain essential oils are unfortunately not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. This will be mentioned in the product’s “precautions for use” section. 

Our products can be stored out of the sunlight in a dry place at room temperature. As some of our ingredients are photosensitive (exposure to light can alter their effectiveness) we have chosen amber glass to further protect the stability of these ingredients. 

Our Castile liquid and Glycerine bar soap were formulated with these specific concerns in mind. 

Castile oil uses organic ingredients and natural plant-based materials to create a soap without any detergents or fragrances that may irritate the skin. Olive oil also has anti-inflammatory benefits that will help to soothe eczema flare-ups. 

Apply a small amount of product to the inside of your forearm or wrist. Do not wash off and wait 24 hours. If any redness, burning, itching, blistering, or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, do not use the product. If you are concerned about starting a new product, please consult a dermatologist prior to use.

Once your package has been shipped and taken care of by the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. You will find in this email your tracking number, which will allow you to track your package on the site of the carrier.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened, and the product has been used, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
